Our client is an established company that has been in the market for over 50 years. Due to their continued success and growth, a new role has been created for a dedicated Maintenance Electrician to support the maintenance team.
In this role, you will be responsible for maintaining and repairing electrical systems to ensure seamless production operations. The ideal candidate will have strong expertise in electrical maintenance and a commitment to reducing equipment downtime.

Key Responsibilities:
- Carry out routine maintenance, troubleshooting, and repair of electrical systems and machinery.
- Identify and resolve electrical issues to minimise disruptions to production processes.
- Perform preventative maintenance to enhance system reliability and prevent breakdowns.
- Install and maintain electrical components, wiring, and control devices.
- Work collaboratively with production and engineering teams to maintain continuous operations.
- Respond swiftly and professionally to breakdowns and emergencies.
- Plan and prioritise tasks alongside engineering and production management.
- Ensure compliance with electrical safety regulations and company policies.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all maintenance activities.
Experience:
- Proven experience as a Maintenance Electrician in a production or industrial setting.
- Level 3 qualification in Engineering discipline
- Experience with machinery repairs, including pneumatic and hydraulic systems.
- Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently.
- Knowledge of health and safety regulations.
