Key Responsibilities

  • Ensure compliance with health, safety, and hygiene standards.
  • Install, maintain, and repair electrical and mechanical equipment.
  • Diagnose and troubleshoot electrical/mechanical faults efficiently.
  • Execute and optimise preventive maintenance schedules.
  • Provide technical support to various departments.
  • Maintain the infrastructure to the highest standard.
  • Drive continuous improvement in machine reliability and quality.
  • Utilise on-site CMMS systems to enhance cost efficiency.
  • Adhere to food safety, quality, legal, and environmental regulations.

What You'll Need

  • Time-served Electrical & Mechanical Engineer qualification.
  • At least 2 years of recent experience in an industrial or high-volume production setting.
  • Fault-finding expertise, especially with control panels.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
  • Excellent communication skills in English, both written and verbal.
  • A motivated, proactive approach to handling challenges in a fast-paced environment.

Work Schedule

  • 40 hours per week - Monday to Friday, alternating early and late shifts. - NO NIGHTS
