Our client is a leading provider of cold storage solutions, partnering with top food processors across Ireland. Their progressive and dynamic business is seeking a Senior Maintenance Engineer to join the team. This is a key role in ensuring smooth operations within a busy facility.

Key Responsibilities:
- Take full ownership of all maintenance-related activities on site.
- Perform regular preventative maintenance checks, recording these on the company's computerised system.
- Conduct essential repairs and servicing of reach trucks and pallet trucks, with major repairs being managed by external contractors.
- Maintain and repair the building's structure as required.
- Work closely with the management team, providing detailed reports on completed repairs and any arising issues.
- Maintain thorough records of all maintenance activities.
- Carry out additional duties as assigned by management.
Experience:
- Qualified in an Engineering or relevant discipline (City & Guilds, BTEC, or Degree).
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in a senior maintenance role, showcasing an understanding of the technical workings of your environment.
- Willingness to continuously expand your knowledge beyond your core expertise.
- Strong teamwork skills and the ability to establish productive relationships across all levels of the business.
- Ability to perform under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
- Flexibility in working hours to meet the business's needs.
