Position Overview
The Tender and Bid Management Coordinator plays a pivotal role in identifying and capitalizing on business tender opportunities. This involves effective communication, cross-functional team engagement, and ensuring timely, compliant, and commercially viable tender submissions. Reporting to the CFO & Commercial Director, this role holds the responsibility of sourcing tenders, streamlining processes, and leveraging competitive advantages.
Key Responsibilities
- Proactively identify and source lucrative tender opportunities
- Circulate tender prospects to key stakeholders efficiently
- Develop actionable timelines for systematic process reviews and on-time submission
- Collaborate with stakeholders to exploit competitive advantages identified through the tender process
- Compile quotations to bolster costings for commercial submissions
- Manage compliance requirements aligned with tender submission standards
- Implement and enhance tender opportunity processes to meet evolving standards

Required Qualifications
- A minimum of 3 years' experience in Tender Coordination
- Familiarity with coordinating tenders, preferably within the Public-Sector or medical devices domain
Preferred Qualifications
- Previous experience with Public-Sector organizations or bodies
- Proficiency in tender coordination within the medical devices or related fields
