Job Description

Our client is looking for a technically adept and customer-oriented Support Specialist to join their growing Client Services team. In this role, you'll be a key contact for B2B clients, providing end-to-end support for cloud-hosted applications and resolving technical issues efficiently and professionally.

You'll engage with customers through various channels, including support ticketing systems (e.g., JIRA), email, phone, and occasional direct client meetings.

The role requires strong troubleshooting skills and a good working knowledge of Microsoft Azure, SQL, SOAP, and tools like Postman. You'll be responsible for diagnosing problems, replicating user issues, and delivering timely, clear solutions, while maintaining excellent communication throughout the process.

What You'll Bring:

  • A strong customer service ethos with the ability to manage technical conversations confidently
  • Solid understanding of SQL for database queries and issue investigation
  • Experience with cloud platforms (ideally Microsoft Azure)
  • Familiarity with tools such as JIRA, SOAP UI, and Postman
  • Ability to thrive under pressure, manage incidents, and prioritise effectively
  • A proactive, team-oriented approach with a willingness to learn new systems

Nice to Have:

  • Qualifications in IT or customer service
  • Experience with Azure
  • Understanding of ITIL principles and incident management frameworks
