Process Technician
Are you a skilled Process Technician with a background in manufacturing? Our client in Dungannon is looking for a dynamic individual to ensure optimal plant operations in a fast-paced production setting.
What's on Offer:
- Competitive salary of £38,000 - £40,000
- Shift allowance on top of salary
- Week 1: Day Shift (Mon-Thurs, 6:00am - 6:00pm)
- Week 2: Night Shift (Mon-Wed, 6:00pm - 6:00am)
- Opportunities for overtime
Key Responsibilities:
- Ensure the plant is ready and running efficiently to meet production targets.
- Monitor and control raw material metering to maintain consistent product quality.
- Promptly address alarms and deviations, documenting corrective actions.
- Escalate critical issues to management and technical teams when necessary.
- Continuously review processes to improve equipment performance and product quality.
- Report weekly on costs and losses related to additives in S.M.T. meetings.
Qualifications:
- Experience in a manufacturing plant environment.
- Hands-on skills in mechanical troubleshooting and repairs.
- Time-served experience is ideal, but a degree in Mechanical Engineering or a related field is a plus.
- Strong problem-solving abilities, with a focus on safety and efficiency.
