PLC Engineer
Are you an experienced PLC Engineer ready to take the lead in developing cutting-edge software for hydraulic and electrical control systems? We're looking for a PLC Engineer to join our team and oversee the full software development lifecycle, ensuring quality and safety at every stage. Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead the entire software development lifecycle, from defining requirements and coding to reviewing designs and testing on hardware.
  • Create electrical schematics and detailed technical documentation, including BOMs, work instructions, and maintenance components.
  • Provide customer support and troubleshoot technical issues as needed.
  • Ensure product quality by designing electrical testing methods and validating system capabilities.
  • Maintain compliance with industry regulations and internal quality management systems (ISO 9001).
  • Contribute to the team's overall success by collaborating on tasks and supporting other engineering needs.
  • Design and develop software for controlling hydraulic and electrical systems, with a focus on safety and quality.
  • Engage in research and development projects to expand the product range and bring new innovations to market.


Experience:

  • HND or equivalent qualification in electronic/electrical engineering, or relevant experience.
  • A minimum of 3-5 years of experience in software design and engineering.
  • Proficiency in using software such as AutoCAD, SolidWorks, and EPLAN for schematic and software programming design.
  • Strong understanding of electrical standards, regulations, and the ability to read and create detailed electrical drawings.
  • Excellent communication skills and the ability to work both independently and within a team.
  • Experience drafting to electrical standards and a keen attention to detail.
