Salary: £22,000 - £25,000 + Bonus
About the Role:
We are currently seeking a reliable and skilled Machine Operator to join our dynamic team in Belfast. The successful candidate will be responsible for operating and maintaining machinery, ensuring production targets are met while maintaining high-quality standards.
Key Duties:
- Operate production machinery in line with company procedures and safety standards.
- Monitor production processes to ensure that products meet quality specifications and make necessary adjustments as required.
- Report any issues with machinery to the maintenance team.
- Work on a rotating shift schedule, ensuring flexibility and reliability to meet production demands.
- Adhere to all health and safety guidelines, ensuring a safe working environment for yourself and colleagues.
- Meet or exceed daily production targets while maintaining high efficiency and minimal waste.
- Maintain accurate records of production runs, machine settings, and any issues encountered during shifts.
Qualifications:
- Previous experience operating machinery in a manufacturing or industrial setting is highly desirable.
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to maintaining high-quality standards.
- Ability to work effectively as part of a team and communicate clearly with colleagues and supervisors.
- Flexibility to work shifts and adapt to changing production needs.
- Basic understanding of machine maintenance and troubleshooting.
