Key Responsibilities

• Analyse and interpret operational data to identify trends, insights, and areas for improvement.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and implement process enhancements.
• Create and maintain detailed reports to support strategic planning and performance monitoring.
• Develop tools and systems to streamline workflows and improve efficiency.
• Act as a key point of contact for operational data, providing insights to support decision-making.

What We're Looking For

• Strong analytical skills and experience in data analysis and reporting.
• Proficiency in data visualisation tools (e.g., Power BI, Tableau) and Excel.
• Excellent problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.
• Strong communication skills, with the ability to present findings to diverse stakeholders.
