The Role

  • Provide technical support to staff
  • Work closely with IT Manager to implement IT solutions
  • Provide hardware & software support
  • Assist with windows logins and configurations

Essential Criteria:

  • Previous experience in an IT support role
  • Familiar with Windows 10 & 11
  • Proficient in Excel
  • Experience providing remote support
  • Experience supporting end users
