Job Description
Exciting opportunity to join a prominent Professional Services organisation as a Solutions Architect with experience in Microsoft Dynamics, as they continue to develop and grow out their presence here in NI. This role would be based in Belfast (Hybrid, 2 days in the office) as the company are very keen on building out the team here to a total of 40+ over the next few years, with funding already allocated, so it would be a great time to get involved.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead Dynamics 365 Implementations: Oversee projects through all stages, including discovery, planning, development, testing, and deployment.
- Serve as a Technical Authority: Act as the primary contact for solution design, compliance, and governance throughout the project lifecycle, leveraging in-depth knowledge of D365 Sales, Customer Service, and Marketing modules.
- Manage Risks and Deliver Results: Identify and address risks and issues, ensuring projects are delivered on time, within budget, and aligned with client expectations.
- Collaborate with Business Analysts: Work closely with analysts to gather client requirements during discovery sessions and develop solutions using appropriate technologies, prioritizing out-of-the-box (OOTB) approaches whenever possible.
- Build Client Relationships: Provide expert advice and guidance to clients, becoming their trusted advisor for all matters related to Dynamics 365 and Power Platform solutions.
- Architect Solutions: Partner with the Development Team to design and implement system architectures and customizations that meet project specifications.
- Mentor Team Members: Support and develop team members, helping them progress toward becoming skilled consultants and future Solution Architects.
- Refine Implementation Standards: Continuously improve Dynamics 365 implementation processes, tools, and methodologies.
- Deliver Demonstrations: Present customized demonstrations of technology solutions to clients and stakeholders.
Collaboration
- Work with Peers: Collaborate with other Solution Architects to ensure consistency in standards, quality, documentation, and knowledge sharing.
- Support Sales Efforts: Assist the Sales Team in drafting Statements of Work for projects and contribute to tender responses and solution designs to help secure new business.
- Strategic Contributions: Provide insights into D365 and Power Platform technologies and market trends to inform the strategic direction of the Digital Practice.
- Support Leadership: Work with the Digital Director on standards, technology evaluations, and career development plans for team members, while contributing to the growth of the Digital Practice.
