VANRATH are partnering with our manufacturing client in the Belfast area to recruit for a HR Administrator.

You will be an integral part of a small HR team & provide a HR service within a busy manufacturing setting.

Responsibilities will be varied and will include managing the administration of HR activities and records and working with the HR team and department managers to apply HR policies and procedures consistently across the plant.



You will be responsible for:

  • Addressing and resolving employee grievances and conflicts.
  • Drafting and posting job descriptions on various platforms to attract candidates.
  • Ensuring adherence to labour laws and regulations, including Health and Safety standards.
  • Ensuring compliance with company policies and procedures.
  • Managing the onboarding process for new hires, including induction and training.
  • Maintaining HR software and databases for efficient personnel management.
  • Provision of high quality and accurate reports in relation to absence, turnover, fixed term contracts etc
  • Preparing and managing HR documents, such as employment contracts, employee handbooks and policy manuals.

About you:

  • HR qualification
  • HR Admin experience
  • Experience in a busy HR function
