Our client is a leading bespoke modular contractor delivering on projects across Northern Ireland.
They have a great opportunity for an Estimator to join them on a permanent basis, working in Antrim.

Responsibilities:
- Developing of tender opportunities and proactively networking
- Provide accurate and competitive cost estimations
- Leading PQQ submissions were required
- Assessment of tender documentation
- Preparation of pricing schedules
- Detailed estimating of projects
- Liaison and negotiate with clients and other representatives
- Support company initiatives
The Ideal Person:
- 3 + years of industry experience (preferably with timber frames)
- Proficient in Microsoft office
- Relevant degree
