Overview:

Our client, a leading organisation in the operations sector, is seeking a skilled Documentation Coordinator to join their team in Carrick. This temp-to-perm role offers an excellent opportunity to contribute to crucial project documentation processes in a supportive, hybrid-working environment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage and control technical, supplier, and third-party documentation for allocated projects.
  • Ensure adherence to document management protocols, perform quality checks, and maintain comprehensive document registers.
  • Track and manage design queries, communicate updates, and ensure timely submission of project documentation.
  • Coordinate with engineering teams to clarify specifications and liaise with third parties for required documentation, such as inspection reports.
  • Facilitate the preparation and submission of freight and shipment documentation, including commercial invoices, waybills, and labels.

Candidate Profile:

The ideal candidate will be highly organised, detail-oriented, and proficient in document management systems. A customer-focused mindset and strong communication skills are essential, along with proficiency in MS Word, Excel, and general Windows applications.
