What you'll do

Working within the Credit Control team; you will manage customer portfolios, risk, and billing integrity. Ideal for a professional with experience in Credit Risk, Credit Insurance, and customer risk analysis, seeking career growth in a dynamic environment.

• Set up new customer accounts with thorough due diligence
• Conduct proactive reviews of customer accounts
• Read and report on customer credit checks
• Manage and update credit limits across ledgers
• Collaborate with credit insurers and understand policy requirements
• Liases with customers and manage relations
• Monitor high-risk customers to prevent bad debt
• Work with departments to resolve queries promptly
• Improve existing processes with Credit Risk & Billing Team Lead and Manager.
• Billing Support, including Assist with manual and ad hoc billing to ensure timely and accurate month-end close.
• Address and escalate billing queries as needed.

About you

• 3+ years of experience in a credit risk role
• Proven experience with credit insurers
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, complex environment
• Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail
• Strong communication skills across all levels
• Ability to work dynamically
• Credit Management (CICM) membership or progress towards qualification
