Business Development Manager (Windows / Doors) 55k+

We are seeking an outstanding salesperson to take on this window and door solution sales role, this company supplies into manufacturers, retailers and installers.

This role is to cover the Cork region.

Salary/ Benefits

In order to attract the very best talent on the market a generous remuneration package includes:

• Basic salary of €45,000 - €55,000
• Uncapped commission scheme
• Company bonus scheme

The Ideal Person

• 4-5 years experience in field sales / B2B sales
• Experience in growing existing accounts and generating new business
• Great negotiator and used to presenting to clients
• Windows / Doors sales experience highly desirable

Responsibilities

• Manage existing key accounts to maintain and increase revenue through promotions, displays etc
• Develop new business
• Manage and grow customer relationships providing a high level of customer service to retail and trade customers
• Manage and control accountable expenditure
• Implement programmes to ensure customer satisfaction
• Develop and present product proposals and training
• Travel daily within the assigned territory. There may be occasion where overnight stays are required.
• Present territory results, strategies and forecasts at monthly sales meetings.
