Administrator (4 day week)

Job Description

Our client is a well-known manufacturer and is seeking to add an Administrator to their growing team. This is a fantastic opportunity for a sales experienced individual to join a company that offers continuous progression opportunities.

Salary
£24,000 - £28,000 (higher salary considered for more experienced candidate)

Hours
Offering a very appealing 4-day working week, with flexible working arrangements, working either Mon-Thur 7am-5pm or 7.30am-5.30pm or 8am-6pm - Every weekend off, including Friday.

Responsibilities

  • Be the main point of contact for customer matters or concerns, while building relationships
  • Main point of contact and management of communications between the customer and internal teams
  • Generate and provide detailed reports as per customer requirements
  • Review account performance for scorecard enhancement
  • Monitor and maintain various customer portals
  • Review and update customer orderbook
  • Help with marketing plans, design marketing material and social media content
  • Support senior account manager and commercial team as required
  • Develop thorough understanding of the customer products and markets
  • Work closely with other internal departments to ensure overall quality of service

The Ideal Candidate

  • Proven work experience as an Admin, Sales Admin, or relevant role (ideal if in conjunction with experience in working with ERP/MRP systems)
  • Demonstrable ability to communicate, present and influence people at all levels of an organisation
  • Solid experience Excel/reporting
  • Experience delivering client-focused solutions to customer needs
  • Engineering or Manufacturing experience is ideal but certainly not essential
