Administrator - Newtownabbey - Immediate Start

Job Description

VANRATH are delighted to be partnering with our client in Newtownabbey to find an Administrator to join their team.

This is a short-term temporary contract due to last for approximately 4-6 weeks.

Salary: £13+ per hour

Key Responsibilities:

  • Daily cashbook entries
  • Preparing and processing lodgements
  • Analysing credit card transactions and posting to the ledger
  • Reconciling supplier statements
  • Managing sales and purchase ledger tasks
  • Posting petty cash transactions
  • Performing various ad hoc duties as required

About you:

  • 2 years' experience within a similar role
  • Good knowledge of a range of accounts
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Familiarity with Microsoft Office including Excel.
  • Professional and courteous in interactions with others
  • Ability to adhere to strict deadlines
