What you'll do
The Accounts Assistant will report to the Financial Controller, supporting the Finance team with the following duties
- Process vendor and supplier payments
- Handle VAT refunds
- Process invoices to purchase ledger
- Oversight of sales and purchase ledgers
- Reconciliations
- Support annual audits
- Perform ad-hoc duties as needed
About you
- Previous Accounts experience- at least 1 year
- Excellent time management skills to meet deadlines
- Excellent communication skills
- Strong Excel skills
