What you'll do

The Accounts Assistant will report to the Financial Controller, supporting the Finance team with the following duties

  • Process vendor and supplier payments
  • Handle VAT refunds
  • Process invoices to purchase ledger
  • Oversight of sales and purchase ledgers
  • Reconciliations
  • Support annual audits
  • Perform ad-hoc duties as needed


About you

  • Previous Accounts experience- at least 1 year
  • Excellent time management skills to meet deadlines
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Strong Excel skills
