VANRATH is delighted to have partnered with a leading media and advertising company to recruit an Account Director (Digital / Print) to join their talented and growing team.
The office is located at Belfast City Centre, with hybrid working being offered (2-3 days in office per week, more office during training).
Salary/ Benefits
£55,000 basic plus commission (OTE of £70,000).

The Role
The successful candidate will be covering the print and digital platforms, with responsibility for agency accounts and large key clients throughout Northern Ireland.
Responsibilities
- Devise sales plans for key clients and advertising agencies across print and digital
- New business growth
- Maximise account growth
- Solution-selling through tailored packages
- Develop relationships with key clients and agencies
- Collaborate on multi-platform campaigns
- Manage budget, forecast revenue
- Attend company events
The ideal person
- BA/BS degree in Marketing, Business or similar
- 3-5 years in agency/key account advertising sales (preference to media or publishing candidates)
- Incredible knowledge of digital and print advertising products, advertising agencies, market trends and the competitive landscape in Northern Ireland
- Established relationships with media agencies in the NI market
