Due to recent contract awards we are searching for a Recruitment Account Manager to join our temporary recruitment team. You will work in a supportive setting, working alongside some of the most successful recruitment professionals in the country.
The Role
- Building relationships with our key clients to gain a sound understanding of their business, recruitment requirements and culture
- Sourcing and screening candidates to fill our clients recruitment requirements
- Communicating with successful candidates to support onboarding
- Carrying out pre-employment and onboarding checks, including Access NI verifications
The Ideal Candidate
- Proven recruitment account management experience
- Excellent interpersonal skills, high work ethic and drive
- Motivation to work autonomously in a high paced, accurate fashion
