To tie in our first away day in over a year with Mental Health Awareness Week, we took a yoga class with a local studio in Belfast! So much to learn from a simple yoga practice, including how unflexible some of us really are 👀
At VANRATH our mental wellbeing is one of our top priorities, it's now more important than ever following the damaging effects on all of us over the last year. Yoga explores both the mind and the body and taught us all valuable lessons on how to bring peace to both. It's no secret that Recruitment is a fast-paced, highly competitive (and highly rewarding!) environment to work in, so coming together as a team to relax, and learn something new was a great way to balance this out. After the class many of our team now hope to incorporate Yoga practice into their day to day lives! If you are looking for a team building idea for your organisation, we highly recommend trying out a local yoga class!
