Job Description
My client are seeking a skilled and experienced Technical Support Engineer to join their dynamic and growth-focused Managed Security & Services Provider team. This is an exciting opportunity for a professional looking to advance their career with an ambitious, client-focused organization.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide expert technical support to clients, ensuring timely and effective resolution of issues in line with service level agreements (SLAs).
- Contribute to the ongoing success and expansion of our support team based in Antrim.
- Deliver high-quality customer service with a professional, solution-oriented approach.
Required Experience and Skills:
- +3 years of experience in a Level 3 support role, with strong networking expertise.
- Hands-on experience with Windows Server and vitalisation technologies (VMware and Hyper-V).
- Strong knowledge of Windows-based operating systems.
- In-depth experience with Active Directory, DNS, DHCP, and Group Policy.
- Experience with Veeam Backup Solutions (or similar backup products).
- Microsoft-related certifications and qualifications are essential.
Desirable Skills:
- Experience in a Managed Service Provider (MSP) environment.
- Practical experience with networking equipment, including switches, firewalls, routers, and wireless access points (APs).
