This role will support programs that align with company requirements and business needs during a key part of this company's growth. The ideal candidate will be coming from a strong technical background, with a solid understanding of technical requirements and delivery methods.

Contributions:
- System Architecture Expertise: Understands program domain architecture, ensuring development and changes do not disrupt system dependencies.
- Strategic Vision: Balances the big picture (efficiency, scalability, customer experience, business goals) with engineering needs for building, maintaining, and extending features. Integrates these considerations into project planning.
- Problem-Solving: Identifies patterns, connects solutions across teams, and improves efficiency in projects and processes.
- Technical Communication: Clearly conveys detailed technical knowledge (verbally, in writing, and through diagrams) to engineering teams, explaining the purpose and business goals of solutions.
- Process Assessment: Evaluates engineering practices for testing, triage, and maintenance, collaborating with managers to ensure effective project delivery methods.
- Organisational and People Skills: Excels in multitasking, conflict resolution, and managing diverse teams.
- Key Skills: Strong analytical, problem-solving, design, communication, and collaboration abilities focused on customer success.
Qualifications:
- Comprehensive understanding of business objectives (e.g., customer experience, organisational goals) and technical requirements (e.g., architecture, performance).
- Deep awareness of engineering needs for sustainable feature development and maintenance.
- Proven ability to eliminate blockers, organise teams, and maintain consistent productivity.
- Experience collaborating with technical managers to secure resources, set priorities, define milestones, and ensure successful delivery.
- Skilled at reporting program status to senior leadership and identifying areas for improvement.
- Expertise in defining and tracking success metrics when not already established.
- Educational background: Bachelor's/Master's degree or equivalent.
