Location: Belfast (Hybrid, Full-time, or Part-time)
Salary: £35,000 - £45,000 (DOE) + Benefits

We are delighted to be working with a prestigious and well-established Belfast law firm renowned for its commitment to excellence in litigation. Due to continued growth, the firm is seeking a skilled Solicitor (Litigation) to join their expanding team, with a focus on Road Traffic Accident (RTA) claims.

The Role

As a Litigation Solicitor, you will handle a varied caseload of RTA claims, from initial instruction to resolution. This role is an exciting opportunity for a solicitor with a passion for personal injury and litigation who is eager to develop their career within a supportive and dynamic firm.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage a caseload of Road Traffic Accident (RTA) claims, ensuring efficient and effective case progression.
  • Handle litigation from pre-action stage through to trial, including drafting pleadings, conducting legal research, and preparing court documents.
  • Represent clients in court hearings, negotiations, and settlement discussions.
  • Provide clear and strategic legal advice to clients while maintaining a high standard of client care.
  • Keep up to date with developments in RTA and personal injury law, ensuring compliance with legal and procedural requirements.

What We're Looking For:

  • Qualified Solicitor in Northern Ireland with litigation experience, ideally in personal injury and RTA claims.
  • Strong case management skills, with the ability to handle files independently.
  • Excellent research, drafting, negotiation, and advocacy skills.
  • A client-focused approach, with the ability to build strong relationships.
  • The ability to work collaboratively within a dynamic team environment.
