Salary: £40,000 - £50,000 (DOE)

Due to continued growth, the firm is seeking an ambitious Commercial Litigation Solicitor to join its expanding team. As a Commercial Litigation Solicitor, you will handle a broad range of commercial disputes, working closely with clients across various industries. You will manage cases from initial instruction through to resolution, gaining hands-on experience in a busy and fast-paced legal setting.

• 
  Managing a caseload of commercial litigation matters, including contract disputes, professional negligence, shareholder disputes, and debt recovery.
• 
  Advising clients on litigation strategy, risk assessment, and dispute resolution options.
• 
  Drafting legal documents, pleadings, and correspondence.
• 
  Representing clients in negotiations, mediations, and court proceedings.
• 
  Conducting legal research and case analysis to support litigation strategies.
• 
  Liaising with clients, counsel, experts, and third parties to progress cases efficiently.
• 
  Ensuring compliance with regulatory and procedural requirements.

• 
  Qualified Solicitor with 2+ years PQE (experience in commercial litigation desirable).
• 
  Strong experience in handling complex litigation matters.
• 
  Excellent drafting, negotiation, and advocacy skills.
• 
  Ability to manage a busy caseload independently while working collaboratively within a team.
• 
  Strong client care and communication skills.
• 
  A proactive and detail-oriented approach to case management.
