Are you looking for a Site Foreman role?
VANRATH are recruiting a Site Foreman to oversee multiple sites in Northern Ireland
Remuneration:
£Lucrative Salary + Excellent benefits package
Responsibilities:
- Take responsibility for Health and Safety on site
- Identify materials and equipment that may be required
- Organise workers tools, machinery and materials
- Supervise construction activities, ensuring work is carried out accurately and safely, following plans and specifications as well as adhering to the required quality standards
- Train and induct new employees
- Maintain detailed and accurate site reports
- Communicate project progress to the relevant personnel as required
The Ideal Person:
- An appropriate Construction Skills Certificate Scheme (CSCS) card
- A thorough understanding of Building Regulations and best practice
- An understanding of Health and Safety as well as First Aid
- Experience supervising and leading a large Construction Team
- The ability to work to tight deadlines and budgets
