Assistant Site Foreperson
Are you looking for a Site Foreperson role?
VANRATH are recruiting a Site Foreperson to oversee sites in Belfast, Northern Ireland
Remuneration:
£Lucrative Salary + Excellent benefits package
The Ideal Person:
- An appropriate Construction Skills Certificate Scheme (CSCS) card
- Experience in residential build (essential)
- An understanding of Health and Safety
- Ability to work well as part of a team
- The ability to work to tight deadlines and budgets
- Joinery background preferable
- Plant operation is beneficial
Responsibilities:
- Take responsibility for Health and Safety on site
- Identify materials and equipment that may be required
- Organise workers tools, machinery and materials
- Supervise construction activities, ensuring work is carried out accurately and safely, following plans and specifications as well as adhering to the required quality standards
- Maintain detailed and accurate site reports
