VANRATH are recruiting a Senior Quantity Surveyor to work for an innovative property development company working on projects across NI.

Our client is a leading property development company working on high quality projects across NI

The Ideal Person:

• Ambitious and solution orientated
• Third level qualification (Ideally in Quantity Surveying or Commercial Project Management)
• 10+ years in construction in a quantity surveyor role
• Proven success in management
• Knowledge of all aspects of residential builds from inception to completion (ideal)
• Knowledge of current legal and regulatory developments in the construction and property industry
• Proficiency in cost management software
• Strong analytical and numerical skills
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills
• Strong understanding of H&S regulations and sustainability practices in construction

Overview of Role:

• Lead and manage the commercial team
• Help deliver the group vision and agreed goals of the company
• Cost estimation and budget management
• Procurement and tendering
• Cost monitoring and reporting
• Contract management and administration
• Final accounts and project closeout
