Are you an experienced Senior Project Administrator with a strong background in project coordination and policy development? This is an excellent opportunity to play a pivotal role within a public sector organisation, ensuring the smooth delivery of key initiatives through high-level administrative and organisational support.

Key Responsibilities:

• Project Oversight: Manage timelines, track deliverables, and provide structured support to ensure project objectives are met efficiently.
• Advanced Administration: Maintain and oversee key project documentation, ensuring accuracy and compliance with regulations.
• Policy & Governance: Assist in drafting and refining policy documents, supporting regulatory adherence and best practice.
• Data Management & Reporting: Utilise Microsoft Excel to analyse data, generate reports, and provide insights to senior stakeholders.
• Stakeholder Coordination: Act as a key point of contact for internal and external partners, ensuring clear communication and collaboration.

Essential Criteria:

• Significant experience in project administration or coordination within a structured environment.
• Expertise in Microsoft Excel, with the ability to manipulate data, create reports, and provide analytical insights.
• Highly organised with the ability to manage multiple priorities and work to deadlines.
• Excellent attention to detail and a proactive approach to problem-solving.
• Strong experience in drafting policies, reports, and procedural documents.
