VANRATH are delighted to be partnering with a client just outside Derry City to recruit a Purchase Ledger (with other duties) to join their team.

The Role:

Purchase Ledger:
- Process invoices/credits and match to delivery dockets
- Reconcile invoices with purchase orders (quantities & prices)
- Address discrepancies and maintain purchase records
- Verify supplier statements and follow up on issues
- Process expense claims and verify receipts

Payroll:
- Process weekly payroll and submit pension contributions
- Post payroll journals to Sage 50 and submit monthly P32
- Complete payroll year-end and returns

Mandatory Returns:
- Prepare Intrastat, quarterly VAT & EU VAT returns
- Submit Quarterly Acquisitions/Disposals & Annual Purchases Survey

Financial Accounts:
- Assist auditors with year-end information

Essential Criteria:
-Purchase ledger experience essential
