Are you an organised and detail-focused Project Administrator with exceptional coordination and administrative skills? We are recruiting for a key role within a public sector organisation, providing critical support in the delivery of projects and policy development.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Project Coordination: Support the planning and delivery of projects, ensuring deadlines are met.
  • Administrative Support: Maintain project documentation, track progress, and manage reports.
  • Policy & Compliance: Assist in drafting policy documents and ensuring adherence to requirements.
  • Data Management: Work with large datasets, producing reports and insights using Excel.
  • Stakeholder Engagement: Liaise with internal teams and external partners to support project objectives.

Essential Criteria:

  • Proven experience in project administration or a similar role.
  • Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel - including data analysis, formulas, and reporting.
  • Excellent organisational and time management skills.
  • Strong attention to detail with the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
  • Experience in drafting reports, policies, or procedural documents.
