Are you an organised and detail-focused Project Administrator with exceptional coordination and administrative skills? We are recruiting for a key role within a public sector organisation, providing critical support in the delivery of projects and policy development.
Key Responsibilities:
- Project Coordination: Support the planning and delivery of projects, ensuring deadlines are met.
- Administrative Support: Maintain project documentation, track progress, and manage reports.
- Policy & Compliance: Assist in drafting policy documents and ensuring adherence to requirements.
- Data Management: Work with large datasets, producing reports and insights using Excel.
- Stakeholder Engagement: Liaise with internal teams and external partners to support project objectives.
Essential Criteria:
- Proven experience in project administration or a similar role.
- Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel - including data analysis, formulas, and reporting.
- Excellent organisational and time management skills.
- Strong attention to detail with the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
- Experience in drafting reports, policies, or procedural documents.
