Duties:
In this role, you will optimise and refine advanced manufacturing processes, focusing on automation, chemical treatments, robotic spray painting, and assembly operations. You will drive process improvement initiatives aimed at enhancing productivity and quality, while providing technical support to production teams and other departments. Additionally, you will maintain and improve tooling, fixtures, and production methods to ensure efficient and high-quality manufacturing outcomes.
Key Requirements:
HNC/D or equivalent in Mechanical Engineering
3+ years in manufacturing engineering, with experience in anodising, bonding, or spray painting
Strong problem-solving and process improvement skills
