Payroll Specialist (Antrim, 30-34k)

Job Description

The client is one of the leading organisations in Northern Ireland, and are recruiting for a Payroll Specialist to join their team. You will run payroll for 300+ staff weekly and monthly. The role is super flexible.

Essential Criteria

If you have 1 year working in a Payroll environment:

  • Experience of operating weekly high volume payrolls in a fast-paced environment.
  • Understanding of payroll procedures/processes.
  • Proficient Microsoft Office skills especially Excel and relevant payroll packages
  • Meticulous attention to detail and high level of accuracy in data

As a Payroll Officer, you will be responsible for:

  • Assist with preparation and processing of multi sites payrolls paying 300+ employees.
  • Ensure accurate payslips are produced and distributed on a timely basis.
  • Assist with payroll reporting to meet internal and statutory obligations including Pensions.
  • Weekly RTI submissions.
