About the Firm
We are delighted to be working with a leading Belfast-based law firm known for its expertise in litigation. Due to continued growth and an increasing caseload, the firm is expanding its team and seeking a Litigation Paralegal to provide key support to its solicitors.
The Role
This is an excellent opportunity for a Paralegal with an interest in litigation to gain valuable hands-on experience in a busy and dynamic legal environment. You will work closely with solicitors, assisting in the management of a variety of litigation cases from inception to resolution.
Key Responsibilities
β Assisting in the management of litigation cases, including document preparation, legal drafting, and evidence gathering.
β Liaising with clients, counsel, experts, and third parties to progress cases efficiently.
β Conducting legal research and case analysis to support litigation proceedings.
β Ensuring all case files and documentation are accurately maintained and comply with regulatory requirements.
β Supporting solicitors with court preparations, including drafting correspondence and legal submissions.
β Handling client queries professionally and providing regular case updates.
About You
πΉ A law degree (essential).
πΉ Previous paralegal experience in litigation (desirable but not essential).
πΉ Strong legal research, drafting, and organisational skills.
πΉ The ability to work independently and as part of a team.
πΉ Excellent communication and client care skills.
πΉ A proactive and detail-oriented approach to workload management.
