This is a fantastic opportunity for any Motor Industry experienced and Management experienced individual to join a longstanding company that offers many routes for progression.

Responsibilities:

Help the team to work towards KPIs
Make sure all is compliant with regulations
Maintain a great working relationship between sales and aftersales
Lead the team of sales executives, keeping an eye on performance and metrics

The Ideal Candidate:

Experience managing within the motor trade or long-term sales in the motor trade.
Experience within a vehicle dealership
Full, valid UK driving licence
Experience with CRM programmes
Aware of finance and insurance offerings
Experience with new and used vehicles
