VANRATH are assisting with the recruitment of a Mortgage Admin for a leading Mortgage Advisor company.

This is a Permanent position - Monday - Friday - Position of work can be Holywood, Bangor or Newtownabbey



Salary:

Responsibilities:

  • mortgage and protection business processing and submissions.
  • customer update calls.
  • mortgage lender and protection provider calls to progress applications.
  • customer service calls, asking for reviews, updating customers.
  • dealing with general customer queries.
  • answering inbound customer calls.
  • meeting daily activity targets.
  • working within a team to take on administrative duties.
  • dealing with estate agents, solicitors, valuers and mortgage lenders.

The Ideal Person:

  • Criteria

    • 1 years' experience in an administrative role ideally in a financial services role.

    Desired skills

    • Excellent communication and listening skills
    • Ability to understand complex information clearly
    • Work well within a team
    • Natural eye for detail
