Membership Administrator - Immediate Start

VANRATH are delighted to be assisting our major Public Sector client, a large and well-known organisation with the recruitment of an Administrator to join their team based in Antrim.

This is a Full-Time Monday-Friday position with a requirement to work one in three weekends. This is a Temporary contract expected to last for a minimum of 3 months.

Salary

£27,263 + fantastic benefits in a modern organisation e.g. Flexi time, free parking & excellent modern offices.

Responsibilities

  • Handle membership administration, payments, and direct debit queries.
  • Assist with retention strategies, follow-up calls, and exit questionnaires.
  • Promote memberships through outreach events.
  • Manage bookings for facilities such as pitches, halls, and event spaces.
  • Use leisure management software (Legend, BRS for Golf, Coursepro).
  • Act as the primary point of contact for leisure enquiries.
  • Liaise with finance for invoicing and refunds.

Essential Criteria:

  • Minimum 5 GCSES (Grades A-C) to include English Language and Maths.
  • Minimum of 1 years' administrative or clerical experience.
  • Minimum of 1 years' experience in a customer focused environment.
  • Good planning and organisational skills.
  • Ability to work to a high standard with minimum supervision.
  • Competent in the use of Windows and Microsoft Office.

Desirable Criteria:

  • Experience with Booking or POS systems.
