Marketing Manager (FMCG)

Job Description

Our long-term client is a well-known FMCG company that works across the island, they are looking for a dynamic and skilled professional to join our Marketing Team as the Marketing Manager - this marketing manager will have experience drawn from FMCG, Consumer Goods or Retail.

RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Develop the brand portfolio, working with NPD and marketing agencies on a shared plan
  • Develop price and promo strategies
  • Monthly reporting on KPIs, customer updates and market insights
  • TTL marketing campaigns
  • Collaborate with sales to develop marketing plans that drive sales increases, attending sales meetings when required, creating presentations for the sales team
  • Analysis and reporting on SKUs, market gaps and more
  • Manage marketing budgets, maximising ROI and tracking brand performance

REQUIRED SKILLS / EXPERIENCE

  • Minimum 5+ years of experience in commercial marketing, or trade marketing role, (FMCG, retail, or consumer goods industries highly preferred)
  • Degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field (or equivalent work experience).
  • Proficiency in Marketing & Data Tools
  • Proven experience in multi-brand management, combining creative and strategic thinking with strong communication, collaboration, data-driven decision making and exceptional attention to detail.
