Vanrath are delighted to be recruiting for a Senior Marketing Executive role on behalf of a luxury hospitality group in Ballymena working on a temporary ongoing basis.

About your next employer
The successful applicant will be responsible for the implementation of activity plans, including marketing communications, marketing collateral, advertising, and promotional activities both online and offline. You will be focused and passionate about increasing the brand reach and awareness offline and on all digital channels which, in turn, will improve our digital footprint. You will be comfortable with day-to-day marketing activities, thriving with tight deadlines and changing needs.


You will be part of a small but agile team that thrives under pressure and will be key to the execution of well-timed and delivered campaigns and events.

What you'll do

  • Working with the wider Marketing Team to ensure the effective delivery of each brand's marketing plan.
  • Leading the execution of marketing activities from start to finish, leveraging internal support and driving collaboration.
  • Creating and developing innovative ways to communicate the organisational narrative and key messaging to our customers. Understanding the range of products and services offered by each brand and its diverse customer profile
  • Managing copy for all marketing collateral, including brochures, letters, emails, and websites, advising on appropriate content for each channel
  • Managing CRM initiatives to drive growth.
  • An awareness and interest in upcoming channels including testing and evaluation of their use.

About you
The candidate must have:

  • 3rd level education in relevant discipline.
  • 3 years of proven experience implementing marketing plans and campaigns.
  • Proficiency with online marketing and social media tactics.
  • Experience with marketing automation and CRM tools.
  • Strong copywriting skills.
  • Metrics-driven marketing mind with an eye for creativity.
  • Proactive hands-on approach.
