VANRATH are assisting with the recruitment of a Marketing Executive (Corporate) for a leading global law firm.

This role is Hybrid Working (3 Days in Belfast City Centre (State of the Art Office) + 2 days Working From Home)

This is a Monday - Friday position - Permanent role.

Salary

Responsibilities
This will include:

  • Provide business development (BD) and client relationship management (CRM) support for the global Life Sciences and Healthcare (LS&H) group.
  • Collaborate with LS&H team members, including the global BD lead, global sector manager, and lead sector partners.
  • Support execution of the LS&H business plan and manage client development.
  • Organize events and assist with pitches to raise the firm's profile.
  • Handle ad hoc BD/CRM tasks as needed.
  • Manage client information, marketing collateral, and directory submissions for the LS&H sector.
  • Ensure data accuracy and collaborate with BD/CRM managers to update marketing materials.
  • Manage internal newsletters using the platform.
  • Oversee legal directory submissions and coordinate client account management tasks.
  • Handle event logistics for virtual and in-person LS&H events.
  • Conduct market and client research, prepare proposals and reports.
  • Develop sector expertise and support firm-wide initiatives such as merger integration projects.

  • Experience in similar role
  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
  • Proactive, responsive, and a strong team player.
  • Excellent communication skills, particularly when collaborating with stakeholders across different regions.
  • Creative and design skills for presentations, proposals, and event materials.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word).
