About your next employer
As the Marketing Manager, you will be responsible for developing and executing comprehensive marketing strategies to promote our services to our target audiences. Your primary focus will be on running paid advertising campaigns, with an emphasis on Google PPC. Additionally, you will manage the internal marketing team and external stakeholders. You will collaborate closely with internal teams to enhance brand visibility, generate qualified leads, and contribute to the overall growth of the company.
What you'll do
- Develop and implement effective marketing strategies to increase brand awareness, generate leads, and drive customer acquisition.
- Manage and optimise paid advertising campaigns, particularly focusing on Google PPC, to achieve targeted goals within allocated budgets.
- Develop and implement effective PPC strategies.
- Conduct thorough keyword research and analysis to identify valuable opportunities for targeting.
- Create and manage Google Ads campaigns across various platforms, including search and display.
- Monitor and optimize campaigns regularly to ensure maximum performance and ROI.
- Utilize Google Analytics to track and measure campaign performance, generate insightful reports, and provide recommendations for optimization.
- Implement and manage Google Tag Manager to track website conversions and enhance data accuracy.
- Provide regular performance updates and reports highlighting key metrics and insights.
- Conduct market research and competitor analysis to identify emerging trends and new opportunities for growth.
- Create engaging content for various marketing channels, including website copy and landing pages.
- Collaborate with internal teams, including our Technical Business Unit, to align marketing initiatives with business objectives.
- Maintain strong relationships with external partners, such as our advertising affiliate, to leverage their expertise and resources when required.
About you
- Bachelor's degree in marketing, business, or a related field. Relevant certifications in digital marketing are a plus.
- Proven experience as a Marketing Manager or similar role, preferably in the financial services industry.
- Expertise in planning and executing paid advertising campaigns, specifically Google PPC.
- Solid knowledge of other digital marketing channels, including social media advertising, email marketing, SEO, and content marketing.
- Proficient in using digital marketing tools, analytics platforms, and CRM systems.
- Strong analytical skills, with the ability to interpret data, generate insights, and make data-driven decisions.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with a keen eye for detail and the ability to create compelling marketing content.
- Creative thinking and problem-solving abilities, with a focus on delivering innovative marketing solutions.
- Strong project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
