A leading manufacturer in the Derry / Londonderry area is seeking a skilled Maintenance Electrician to join their engineering team. This is a day shift role with an attractive salary of Β£45,000, offering stability and challenge in a fast-paced, high-speed manufacturing environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Carry out electrical maintenance, fault-finding, and repairs on high-speed production equipment
- Minimise downtime and support continuous production
- Perform routine inspections and preventative maintenance
- Work closely with the engineering and production teams to resolve issues quickly and safely
- Contribute to ongoing improvement initiatives and ensure compliance with all safety standards
What You'll Need

Recognised electrical qualification (NVQ Level 3 or equivalent)
β
Previous experience in a manufacturing environment is essential
β
Strong fault-finding and problem-solving skills
β
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
β
Knowledge of PLCs, motors, drives, and control systems is highly desirable
