The role will be performed the firms Offices based in Belfast City Centre - Monday - Friday (9.00am - 5.00pm) - Permanent

It is essential to have worked in a Receptionist position to be considered for this role.

Salary

Fully Negotiable - highly competitive rate of pay for the role which is negotiable based on experience plus benefits

Responsibilities

  • To ensure the reception area is tidy, safe and welcoming to all clients, stakeholders and visitors
  • To provide a responsive and efficient reception and telephone service to all our clients and visitors
  • Diary management
  • To book meetings
  • To carry out administrative and clerical duties as required
  • General administration
  • Meeting and greeting clients
  • Dealing with telephone calls

The Ideal Person

  • Essential - at least 2 years' experience in a Receptionist position

Extras:

  • Strong organisational skills, ability to prioritise work
  • Ability to work on own initiative as well as part of a team.
  • Proficiency in IT
  • Strong communication skills and be able to take direction.
