Overview

My client is currently modernising their IT Infrastructure across their sites in Northern Ireland and have a requirement for an IT Support Technician to join their IT Infrastructure team. You'll be providing general IT and Network Support to professionals within the organisation, assisting with general IT support queries such as device issues/setup, networks, printers, logins, as well as hardware/software support and deployments. This is fully on-site and will require travel to various sites around the area.

About you

  • Over 1 year experience in IT Support providing software/hardware support for a range of devices including PCs, Laptops, Printers, Scanners, Mobiles etc..
  • IT Degree or stronger history of IT Support experience
  • Motivated to learn and passionate team player
  • Positive morale, happy to get the job done
  • Adaptable, versatile, happy to take on a variety of tasks across IT Support and IT projects
  • Driving licence and access to own car.

What you'll do as an IT Technician

  • IT support of organisation's infrastructure, providing software/hardware support across desktops, laptops, mobiles, scanners, printers etc.
  • Support rollout of new hardware and systems.
  • Resolve escalated tickets.
  • Maintain high level of professional customer service.
  • Support with onsite service requests (Resolve issues / setup devices such as laptops/printers/networks etc).
  • Collaborate positively within a wider team of IT professionals.
  • Work at fast pace to deliver excellent IT service.
  • Travel to various sites.
