VANRATH are pleased to be working with a local software solutions company on their search for an IT Technician to join their team. This is a windows orientated position focusing on desktop support, basic networking and security principles. My client is offering a flexible hybrid working pattern alongside a competitive salary.
The Role
- Installation of new systems
- Provided technical support via telephone and on premises
- Troubleshooting system errors and providing solutions
- Updating and maintenance of customer documentation
- Planning and assisting with new technical projects
The Ideal Person
- Windows server experience
- Hyper-V & VMWare
- Cloud technology experience: Azure
- Intune & sharepoint knowledge
- Full drivers license
