Company Overview

A global leader in dispensing solutions is seeking an experienced IT Support Specialist to support both local and global IT operations. The company is undergoing a significant digital transformation, integrating individual business units into a cohesive, technology-enabled group. This role is essential in supporting the unified IT infrastructure and application landscape, including an ongoing Microsoft D365 implementation. The successful candidate will split their time between global IT responsibilities and local IT support at the Bangor site.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide global and local IT support - hardware & software
  • Collaborate with business units to enhance IT-enabled business processes.
  • Maintain and update service documentation, supporting the deployment of new or modified services.
  • Provide 2nd-level support for assigned applications.
  • Work with global teams to align IT services with business needs.
  • Provide hardware support, including desktops, printers, telephony systems, and production equipment.

Experience and Knowledge:

  • Minimum of 3 years' experience in IT support role
  • Proven experience in 2nd-level support for business applications.
  • Ability to collaborate with business units to improve IT solutions and processes.
  • Knowledge of hardware maintenance and troubleshooting.
  • Experience with telephony system administration (e.g., Avaya).
  • Knowledge of Microsoft Dynamics 365 is a bonus
