IT Service Desk Analyst - 12 Month Fixed Term Contract

- Location: Belfast city centre
About the Role
Provide technical support for a range of software and hardware systems. As part of our 24/7 "follow the sun" Global IT Service Desk team, you'll act as the main contact for IT issues, logging, troubleshooting, and resolving incidents or escalating when necessary.
Responsibilities
- Deliver first-level IT support via phone, email, and self-service portal.
- Log, assign, and track incidents; maintain clear communication with users.
- Work under your Team Leader's guidance to manage queues and ensure timely issue resolution.
What You Bring
- Excellent customer service and communication skills, with a tech-savvy and proactive attitude.
- Experience in Service Desk operations, ACD systems, ticketing, and IT service support tools.
- Knowledge of cloud-based solutions (Office 365, InTune, Azure) and 1+ year in IT support.
- Qualifications: IT-related degree and ITIL Foundation preferred.
Hours
Rotational shifts between 8:00 AM - 8:00 PM, Monday to Friday.
