In the role you will need to be an expert in SAP/SuccessFactors and play a key part in the maintenance and support of the HRIS. Additionally, playing a critical role in the optimisation of the implemented modules.


About you:

  • HR Degree or equivalent with hands on experience managing various HRIS Systems
  • Extensive HR systems reporting, HR process, and project management experience required
  • Knowledge of HR principles, practices and standards

What you'll do:

  • Collaborate with various stakeholders to ensure accurate and up-to-date People data.
  • Communicate system updates and changes to end-users.
  • Coordinate with technical teams to manage system integrations.
  • Ensure security and integrity of systems and data.
  • Identify opportunities for system improvements and enhancements.
  • Implement and test system updates and releases.
  • Maintain and update relevant documentation and procedures.
  • Manage and resolve support cases in a timely manner.
  • Participate in testing and collaborate across different business areas.
  • Recommend and implement process improvements for efficiency and effectiveness.
  • Review and implement configuration changes following best practices.
