In the role you will need to be an expert in SAP/SuccessFactors and play a key part in the maintenance and support of the HRIS. Additionally, playing a critical role in the optimisation of the implemented modules.
About you:
- HR Degree or equivalent with hands on experience managing various HRIS Systems
- Extensive HR systems reporting, HR process, and project management experience required
- Knowledge of HR principles, practices and standards
What you'll do:
- Collaborate with various stakeholders to ensure accurate and up-to-date People data.
- Communicate system updates and changes to end-users.
- Coordinate with technical teams to manage system integrations.
- Ensure security and integrity of systems and data.
- Identify opportunities for system improvements and enhancements.
- Implement and test system updates and releases.
- Maintain and update relevant documentation and procedures.
- Manage and resolve support cases in a timely manner.
- Participate in testing and collaborate across different business areas.
- Recommend and implement process improvements for efficiency and effectiveness.
- Review and implement configuration changes following best practices.
