About you
- A third level qualification (for example, an HNC, HND, NVQ Level 4, Degree) or equivalent.
- Membership of the Chartered Institute of Personnel Development.
- A minimumofthreeyears' management experience of:
- Delivery of successful OD projects and supporting organisational change, influencing, building and sustaining relationships in order to achieve results
- Training / Learning & Development to include line management responsibility.
- Effective planning and project management skills
- Providing advice and guidance to line managers on Generalist Human Resource issues.
- A working knowledge of computerised HR Information Systems.
What you'll do
- Advise on specific OD interventions, e.g. organisation restructures, change management and performance management.
- Provide and develop a high quality HR & OD service to the organisation in support of the corporate plan and people strategy.
- Liaise and communicate with the organisation's recognised Trade Union Representative on HR & OD issues, as required.
- Provide cover for the other Officers within the Unit
- Organisation Development, to include Organisation Design
- Learning & Development, to include Leadership and Management Development
- Performance Management
- Staff Engagement
- Health & Wellbeing
